Room Bookings and Rates
We have a number of rooms and other facilities which are available for hire.
Lower Hall
Dimensions: 10.0 m x 7.5 m
Disabled access involves an 18cm step. Ramp available by prior arrangement.
Upper Hall
Dimensions: 10.6 m x 7.5 m
No disabled access
This hall is used by Rodborough Playgroup. It can be used by other groups, but advance notice is required to ensure that the Playgroup’s materials are cleared away for the hiring session.
Main kitchen (adjacent to Lower Hall)
On the level Disabled access available from Lower Hall
Equipment includes two cookers, refrigerator, microwave oven, freezer, food mixer, warming cabinet, water boiler, kettles. Hatch to Lower Hall.
Upper kitchen
Equipment includes double cooker, microwave oven, warming cabinet, water boiler, kettles.

Hiring Conditions

Hall lettings
The Church makes its premises available to Church groups and to other organisations. The financial procedures of letting relate to setting rents, invoicing and, collection of amounts due.
Rent levels
The Finance and Property Committee is responsible for setting rent levels, subject to ratification by the Elders.
The policy rents set by the Elders are as follows:

Where pre-existing rent agreements are in force, they will not necessarily be overturned by the above policy rents, although future renegotiations of rates should take account of any differences between the current rate and the policy rate.
Contracts for recurring bookings will be renewable annually. The contract will include provision for a review of the rental rate.
